Acoustic evenings at Folklore Centrum

Meet artists in an intimate setting

January 2006 saw the premier of a new series of acoustic evenings, Izzy's Place. Inspired by house concerts, they are held biweekly at Izzy Young's Folklore Centrum by Mariatorget in central Stockholm. This legendary venue originated in New York in Dylan's youth and now provides an exclusive forum for music, stories and intimate meetings. The relaxed atmosphere gives rise to a close and spontaneous contact between artist and audience.

Doors open at 6pm and there are light refreshments available both before and after the concert. Feel free to bring instruments for an informal session afterwards.
